For this, Group has set up a strong follow-up system about rules and regulations and an additional system to flow most refreshed information to keep the clients most updated.

In circulation of new rules and regulations on the sectors of foreign trade and customs system requires different and several documentations as some of them has to be provided from Ankara, the headquarters of governement offices. IMER Consulting and Education Services also assist to clients to issue and pick the correct documentation from required offices, within representative offices in Ankara and Istanbul. Whenever required, also group has educational seminars to customers to update their knowledge with new regulations ordered by authorities.
